What we collect through this website

When you submit the consultation form, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details you provide about your business and its accounting situation. We collect nothing else through this site — there is no tracking pixel, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics script on these pages.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you engage us for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or lead-generation companies.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our database (Supabase) and emailed to us (Resend) so we can respond. This website is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Client documents

Tax documents, financial records, and anything containing a Social Security number are never collected through this website's forms. Once you are a client, those move through a secure channel we set up with you directly. Please do not email sensitive documents or put a Social Security number in the form's notes field.

Tracking, and our response to Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites, and we do not allow anyone else to. There is no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, and no third-party analytics on this site, so no outside company is building a profile of you through these pages.

Because we do not track you in the first place, a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing about how this site behaves — there is nothing for it to switch off. If we ever add analytics, this section will be updated before that change goes live.

Confidentiality

Tax return information is subject to confidentiality obligations under federal law, including Internal Revenue Code section 7216, which restricts how tax preparers may use or disclose it. We follow those rules.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the record-retention periods that tax law requires us to observe. Email handyacctservice@gmail.com or call (657) 471-0264.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update this page. Material changes to how we handle client information will be communicated to clients directly.
